Q: What is MövenOS?

A: Visit the MövenOS login page: https://app.getmoven.com and enter your email and password. If you don't remember your password you can reset it. Alternatively if you created your user account with your Gmail account, you can log in with that.

A: No technical skills are required. MövenOS is designed for everyday users—whether you’re managing appointments, sending campaigns, or chatting with customers.

Contacts & CRM

Q: How do I add a new contact?

A: Go to the Contacts tab → click Add Contact → fill in details (name, phone, email, tags) → save.

Q: Can I import a list of contacts?

A: Yes. Use the Import option in the Contacts section. Upload a CSV file with columns like Name, Email, Phone, and Tags.

Q: How do I segment contacts?

A: You can filter contacts using tags, custom fields, or smart lists, allowing you to send targeted campaigns.

Conversations & Communication

Q: Where do I see messages from customers?

A: All emails, texts, calls, and social messages appear under the Conversations tab—so you can manage communication in one inbox.
