The Problem : Communications Support

LUXX operates two Med Spa locations, one in Bobcaygeon and the other in Barrie Ontario Canada. The owners were using their personal cellphones and phone numbers to communicate with clients and prospects via voice, text and voicemail leaving that communication window always open - 24/7. They also needed to be on top of website chats and social media channels DM's on top of running their practice, and then this happened - their company grew. Personal phone numbers were being made available to the public without a clear boundary from personal and business.

The business relies on a single website for two locations, and the owners used their personal cell phones as the primary contact method. Additionally, website messages were managed by their website builder, social media messages and DM's were managed on their respective apps, which made it difficult to follow up with, as well as email notifications were sent to their personal e-mail addresses.

This setup exposed their personal cell phones when phone calls or text messages were sent out, enabling callers to reach these numbers outside of regular business hours and further confusing locations as well as follow-ups.
